Account and registration

No. Each person can hold only one active account on kijang. If you register a second account using the same email, phone number, or device, we may flag it during KYC verification and ask you to consolidate. Multiple accounts violate our terms and can result in account suspension. If you have lost access to an old account or believe you have duplicates, contact our support team and we will investigate and help you recover the correct account.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email address. We will send you a secure password-reset link within a few minutes. Click the link, follow the prompts to create a new password, then use it to log in. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder. If the reset link expires or does not arrive, request a new one or contact our support team via Account → Contact Us, and we will walk you through account recovery using email verification. Do not share your reset link with anyone.

Payments and transactions

kijang does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet) may apply their own processing fees depending on the payment method and your account type. We recommend checking with your bank before initiating a transaction if you want to confirm their fee structure. Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification and may take a standard processing window before funds reach your bank account.

Yes. We support direct bank transfers from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. When you select a bank transfer option during deposit, you will see our receiving account details and a unique reference number. Transfer the amount using your bank's online or mobile app, include the reference in the transaction note, and our system will credit your kijang account within a standard processing window. We also accept e-wallet methods (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) and mobile banking for users who prefer instant settlement. Games and tournaments

kijang offers four main categories. Slot tournaments feature Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways—each with daily and weekly scheduled events, transparent leaderboards, and ranked payouts. Live-dealer tables include blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Dragon Tiger with multi-camera studios and real dealers. Sportsbook markets cover football (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League), esports (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile), and other live sports. Our loyalty tier system rewards consistent participation. As you enter tournaments and place on leaderboards, you accumulate points that advance you through tiers (e.g. Bronze → Silver → Gold). Higher tiers unlock benefits such as invitations to exclusive tournaments, bonus tournament entries, and priority customer support. Your tier resets on a monthly cycle, so you compete fresh each month. You can view your current tier, earned points, and next milestone in Account → Loyalty. Tier benefits are descriptive (e.g. "extra entry") rather than fixed bonuses, and they reflect your tournament performance, not guaranteed payouts.

Support and account management

We offer support via multiple channels. Within the kijang app or website, go to Account → Contact Us to start a live chat during business hours or send an email inquiry. We respond to chat messages within a few minutes and email inquiries within one business day. Our team speaks English and can help with account access, KYC verification, payment questions, withdrawal issues, and general account recovery. For urgent matters, try chat first. If you need faster resolution and have already submitted a query, check your email for a support ticket number and reference it in follow-up messages.

In Account → Settings, you can update your profile information (name, email, phone), notification preferences (tournament alerts, leaderboard updates), and payment method defaults. If you wish to pause activity temporarily (e.g. during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi), contact our support team and request an account pause. We can restrict your login for a specified period while keeping your account intact and your funds secure. Note that account pauses are temporary; to permanently close your account, you must formally request account closure and complete any pending transactions or verifications first.
